Hiking is one of our favorite outdoor activities in Saint George. There are so many beautiful areas to hike around Saint George. Snow Canyon State Park is a gorgeous state park just outside of town and has great short hikes for families and children. Zion National Park is just north of Saint George and is one of the most spectacular national parks in the country for hiking and amazing views. Red Cliffs National Recreation Area is also a spectacular area to take a hike with your family and friends just north of Saint George.
Mountain biking is also another popular outdoor activity. There are biking trails around Snow Canyon State Park, as well as around the exterior of town. If you drive south into the Virgin River gorge there is also some great biking trails.
Golfing is a great way to spend some time in Saint George. There are golf courses in town as well as north and south of town. There are many great golf courses within 30 minutes of Saint George and groups can golf several different courses while on vacation in Saint George.
A Saint George vacation wouldn’t be complete without some great places to eat. There are great restaurants all around Saint George. Whether you enjoy Mexican, American, Asian, Indian, or Italian food, you will find all these restaurants around Saint George.
